Always have a great experience here. Staff very welcoming and friendly, both on phone when ordering and when we go in to pick up. Food quick to collect and hot! Good value - chips portion generous (we share 1 between 2) and a small donner kebab generously sized.

The food at Flames is outstanding, their commitment to quality is beyond reproach. The staff are always welcoming and always have a smile to great you, even when they are swept of their feet with delivery orders. It is enjoyable and entertaining watching the staff complete order after order like a well oiled machine or well performed ballet. Poetry in motion. And the food is well worth the wait

I?ve just ordered and paid online. My order arrived later than stated and after the driver had gone I realised there were items missing and the things I did receive were also incorrect. I contacted them and the man on the phone was really rude and told me he was too busy to send me the correct order and I could have it for free if I order again tomorrow! Shocking service! I?ve contacted the online food hub for a refund.
