The worst mcdonalds I've ever had.. by a mile. Me and my partner came down and ordered a quarter pounder meal and a double quarter pounder meal. I cannot believe you actually had the audacity to use the really small buns you use for the normal cheese burgers. The burgers were sticking out a mile. Why do you think it's ok to rip someone off? Not ok! On top of that the fries were cold and stale! Not good!

Disgusted with Nicole (Business Manager). For the first time ever, after asking for a bit of lettuce and tomato on my burger, as I'm Coeliac and couldn't eat the bread (even though im charged for it!) I was refused. She said if it wasn't on the till it wasn't possible. After working at McDonalds and travelling to different countries, who are able to accommodate this at the managers discretion, I was refused and my order was given without cutlery. So much for putting the customer first here!

The duty manager Joseph has zero customer service skills. Guy couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag.

Ordered on app. Watched staff wander around the restaurant for 5 minutes looking for our table. Obviously doesn?t know the layout. Food was cold by the time it arrived.

Really rude staff serving at the drive thru , couldn't be bothered to take our order when we asked to order the lunch menu, the staff member said it was still breakfast , we said we thought lunch was from 11am . He said, it is. We said it's 11 am now . He said no, it's 10:58am.so rather than argue we just drove to the next window, By the time we got to the second window it was 11:05 and the menus were changed to lunch menus, we explained about the first guy and asked if we could order at that window, they refused to take our order there too so we had to drive back around and wait even longer. Told to park up and wait an additional 15 mins only for the Chips to come back hard as nails and clearly not freshly fried. Worst mcdonalds we've had honestly

The last 2 times I've gone to the drive thru I've waited over 30 minutes and twice they've handed me the wrong food, just terrible all round staff rude, no organisation there whats so ever

Took 1 manager and 1 member of staff to decide if we had a bacon roll or not as they served a sausage egg mcmuffin instead

Really don't like how this McDonald's is not organized at all. Food is cold and the machine wasn't printing out receipts asked at counter by basically having to raise my voice to get staff attention as no one is on desk to get my order number. Staff had no idea of my order number so had to watch to see my order! Doing deliveries and serving customers aswel as drive through don't think they are organized at all. Worst McDonald's I've been to

A girl called Charlies served us in a car and passed us 3 drinks through our window one by one, upon asking why have you given us drinks like this do you not have any cupholders left, she said oh, would you like one?
Seriously? Wow, just wow. Either she's not a driver or so young she's not been correctly trained. If you order multiple drinks in a drive thru and have to ask for a cupholder than training has failed. The manager has failed or she just doesn't have the sense to think. Never once have we not been given a cupholder in any drive thru of any establishment, even Gregg's has the sense to give you multiple drinks in a cupholder. If one, fair enough ask it could go straight into a cupholder in the car.
Who trained or interviews for staff these days here??
