Dr. Jeffrey has just completed a complex procedure, on the extraction of one of my teeth, and the implantation of a new tooth . The whole process was made pain free, thanks to the dexterity and skill of this lady. I have discovered a wonderful dentist, in whom I have complete faith and trust ,- she is also a charming lady with a lovely personality.

This is the best practice I have ever enjoyed, save my lovely brother (Nigel soft hands Taylor). ?. 30 years of amazing care until he selfishly retired ? Shahrzad Jeffrey is absolutely amazing, professional, caring and on itRosie and her lovely side kick,gave the best hygienist/ X-ray / temporary filling I?ve ever had ? and the banter was exceptional, with only tears from me. I?ll never go anywhere else

First and foremost Willows dental are absolutely AMAZING !!!I wish I discovered this gem of a dental practice years ago. I?ve had the whole works all of which came with 5-Star treatments. Initially my main goal was to have an implant fitted for an extracted molar (which went perfectly and I am so pleased with the results) but since then I?ve ended up going the whole hog from teeth whitening to a brand new modern front crown. The whole team at willows are fantastic and extremely professional, they made a somewhat nervous patient fell very quickly at ease and reassured? I?m so pleased to be a patient and no longer fear going to the dentist as I once did early on in life? It?s quite literally SMILES ALL ROUND !!!While I?m here I?d like to thank Dr S.Jeffery who has been a miracle worker throughout all my treatments. Many thanks for looking after me, I?m genuinely very grateful.Simply put, I would very highly recommend to all.

I very pleased to recommend the Willows dental and implant Centre, their care and professionalism over the last 20 years has been exceptional. In 2013 i required an implant procedure and correction with my bite position due to excessive jaw pain and teeth erosion, with Dr David Lee, Dr Janet Lee and their teams support and care i now have amazing pain free set of white teeth. 10/10

Recently visited to have teeth whitening trays made, Dr Jeffrey and all the staff at The Willows were extremely helpful. They were so welcoming and friendly and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this practice

I spent nearly £3000 on a brace for one of my daughters. Another daughter I paid a £500 deposit for a brace? this brace was a cheaper and harder version of the brace that my other daughter had. It hurt her and cut her gums. I explained this to Janet who said it wasn?t touching her gums. It clearly was touching her gums and cut them. I didn?t argue and just lost my £500 deposit. Waste of money as I assumed it would?ve been the same comfortable brace that my other daughter had which went well.I had my teeth whitened by Louise for nearly £600, a filling that I had on the front of my tooth came away with the gel that was used. I had taken a picture of my teeth in the waiting room before my appointment. After the treatment you could clearly see it had come away. I have bad eyesight and didn?t wear my glasses that day and I could still see it. Janet and Louise squinted when checking it and said it?s not possible to happen? it happened. Louise fixed it thankfully. Tbh my teeth are no whiter than when I?ve used cheap whitening strips from boots. Then while I was in the waiting room waiting to be called out to pay, Janet was telling the receptionist that I was lying and that it was already like that. She only stopped gossiping about me when one of the dental nurses told her I was in the waiting room as she noticed me through the glass. Janet made a swift exit to her room.My son is having treatment with David who is great with him, but after that I will be changing dentist as this isn?t professional at all. I wouldn?t lie and it?s not as though I can?t afford the treatment. If I couldn?t afford it then I would use the nhs. Quite disappointed as it took me a long time to build trust up with a dentist that is great with my son. Hopefully next time any of them gossip about a patient they wait until the patient has left the building and not sat listening to them in the waiting room.

I would recommend that anybody considering dental treatment in this region to only opt for a well established & reputable practice like the Willows.It's important not to risk your dental health - something that has such a major impact on your every day life & fuctionality - on an unestablished dental practice.The team as Willows have been operating efficiently for decades serving the local community as well as guests who travel from all over the world for their treatments.You're in safe hands - certainly worth the investment. I was not disappointed.
