My wife and i were introduced to sanlam financial services, when we were due to remortgage our 1st home.Our adviser Daniel jones is super knowledgeable and explained everything to my wife and me very clearly and started the process off by sending out a mortgage application on our behalf.Within only a couple of weeks Daniel had a mortgage offer for us which we accepted. I couldn't believe how quick this was. Daniel kept us up to date within that time of absolutely everything that was happening, he also did everything on our behalf, all we had to do was send him any requested documents over ie ID, proof of income etc. It was a completely stressless process thanks to Daniel.I really couldn't recommend Daniel enough, he is absolutely on point at his job and goes above and beyond to help,to make sure a mortgage offer is secured.As a result I am now the proud owner of my new home. I will always use Daniel for any future mortgages and will be recommending him to family and friends or anyone else that wants a exceptionally professional & efficient service.

I?ve been dealing with John Ridings for a number of years and he?s always provided me with a great level of service. John initially helped me with attaining financial security for my family in the event of my death or contracting a critical illness which has put me at ease knowing my family will be taken care of. John has also been encouraging me to review my retirement planning ? something which I?ve always ignored as I?ve never fully understand how much I should be saving etc. I?ve worked with John to establish what I want to achieve in retirement and I now feel confident that I can live the life I want when I come to retirement. Sanlam are extremely slow to respond to anything and cant give straight answers to questions about my pension. They upheld my complaint - so what, nothing has happened.
