Ordered jewellery online via Ceffi Website almost 2 weeks ago, haven?t received my order nor any communication from them. Ignoring my messages on instagram and via their website message box. No email address available and no phone number to ring. No dispatch notification/email received. Their website states next day dispatch for orders placed after 12pm! Honestly think they?ve taken my money and run!Edit: I received a very condescending email today from them informing me my order has been refunded as they ?have been trying to get into contact? with me and they have had ?no communication back?. I messaged them on Instagram and sent them a message on their website (since they have no phone number or email listed) and received nothing back. I have proof of this. Additionally I have received NO emails from them, including in my junk mail. Please don?t buy from this company as they clearly don?t value customer service and even resorted to lying and blaming me when I tried to contact them!

I can whole heartedly recommend CeFfi Cards. Ceri has been amazing and truly knows the meaning of customer service and then some!!!! I live in Essex and wanted wedding balloons delivered to My daughter and son in laws honeymoon venue in Ruthin north Wales. I placed my order online with ease and then was contacted by Ceri to confirm certain details regarding delivery. I can?t believe that Ceri even went as far as contacting the venue hosts to arrange a better time for delivery and between them they placed the balloons in the accommodation and scattered confetti etc. it was the perfect little touch when the happy couple arrived!! Thank you so so much Ceri and CeFfi Cards. Exceptional customer experience shopping with you and would happily do it again!
