Visited on a quiet evening, but unfortunately the service didn?t reflect that. Staff seemed distant and not particularly attentive, which made the experience feel a bit flat. Despite the low number of customers, service was surprisingly slow. A bit more engagement and efficiency would have made a big difference.

I have been served in 10 minutes and staff is realy nice ,polite ,thank you for your servis .The fish was realy soft and nice ,good quality for that price.this restaurant is realy nice.

Having just had a very small immediate family funeral we decided to pop into the wynnstay arms In Ruabon for just a quick cup of tea. The staff were amazing and seated 11 of us in a lovely part of the restaurant, we Decided to have a spot of brunch and the food was presented and tasted delicious. Having turned up unannounced we could not fault the level of service we received and the lovely food that was presented to us. An excellent place to visit, I would 100% recommend this venue.

Food was OK, just above average but the service was slow and amateurish.
Visited 3 times because the food was OK, but each time the service was below average.

Went for a Sunday roast, staff very helpful and friendly. Had a beef roast, was probably the best roast I'd ever had, exceptional.

great service ,last minute booking for 10 people for breakfast , very accommodating and suggested 10am and pre order , food was excellent and service was great definitely book again

I want to say a massive thank you to all the team at the Wynnstay. The team hosted our wedding on 8.2.25 and the whole experience was faultless! Marie took extra care organising our special day and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautiful in every way, the wedding room looked stunning and the food was exceptional. Once again thank you to everyone who helped, especially Marie for the support and for the countless meetings and emails you truely are a star! I 100% recommend the Wynnstay for anyone wanting to get married. Many thanks Mr & Mrs Griffiths.
