Just stopped here, the toilet floor was covered in urine, no record of cleaning in hours, no hand wash available, dropped my phone on the floor so couldnt clean it, told shop assistant but she didnt care. Had children with me using the toilet as well. 17.09pm 19.09.25

We just popped in for fuel on the way home. The shop sells a lot of necessary items, a perfect place to get fuel before you hit the motorways.

I pulled in to use the airline. I ended up putting £2 in the machine but the connector was a very bad fit to the valves on my tyres.
The connector was old and worn and couldn't get an air tight fit on 2 of my tyres valves, so instead of putting air into those 2 tyres, it actually let air out.
I went into the petrol station to complain but the guy was most unhelpful. He did come out to try it himself but the result was even more air was let out of a tyre. He ended up walking away saying the fault was with my tyres and valves and there was nothing wrong with his equipment.
I drove 4 miles, slowly, with 2 under inflated tyres to Sainsbury's petrol station and used their airline without any problems at all. Their airline connector produced an air tight fit in all 4 of my valves without letting any air out.
I was very very disappointed with the original airline at this petrol station and even more disappointed with the attitude of the guy working there who blamed my valves. The Sainsbury's equipment worked perfectly with all my tyre valves so the fault was not my tyre valves but the poor connector on the airline at this petrol station.
Would I use this petrol station again? NO
Would I recommend this petrol station to anyone? NO
