Staff rude did not want to take the clothes because it was 15 mins after 4pm. When explained I worked the woman replied so do I. They were more interested in fagging it against the railings outside. Very unprofessional. I have taken the goods to a charity shop that wanted them.

Today (24.11.24) was the second time I've dropped off donations to unfortunately experience rude staff. Both times a gentlemen making me feel that it was more of an inconvenience (especially if not splitting the children's stuff into seperate bags from other items). I could happily sell my stuff myself but wanted to donate to support local charities but next time will choose another shop and charity to donate to. Very disappointing.

An autistic and elderly family member brought a few boxes of items to the store on 2/1/24. The women running the store on this occasion was very rude, yelled at her, and threatened to call the police for the person putting the items in the wrong place? It would have been very obvious that this was a disabled person and you've caused her great distress to such a point shes now not left the house. She was trying to do something nice. Hiw awful. We will not return.

Very very rude staff in this Bernardos branch (both sides of the split branch) that moan when you take in bags of toys. They really upset our two very young children that were both very excited to bag up their old toys after Xmas and give to Barnardo's .There was no thanks at all from any of the staff to our children for handing in their old toys. Cmon they should be trained to at least say thanks for your donation, but nothing. Really what example is this teaching children, absolutely disgusting! There are two separate sides of this bernardos and they were both extremely rude and all the manager is interested in, is getting your details from you so they get the tax aid.
