I had to give a 1 star to leave a review my actual review would be a 0 star, shocking customer service, I popped into the shop to pick some groceries up but on arriving into the store I was with a small toddler whos just coming out of nappies needed to use the toilet, I asked the woman behind the till if the toddler was able to use the toilet the woman said no, nothing else just a no I said to the woman it?s not for myself it?s for a small toddler the lady then proceeded to say no we don?t allow it, another customer who over herd shook his head and smiled sympathetically, shocking customer service! No people skills! What?s so ever! I went straight to Lidl?s down the road who was completely different brilliant customer services and was even aloud to use their staff toilets! Done my shop at Lidl?s a lot cheaper and a lot better customer service
