Just phoned the surgery to seeing my husbands prescription has gone to the pharmacy as his pills are late..I'm caller no18! In the queue..what the hell is going on here..ridiculous..gets some more people on the phones for gods sake!

Pathetic service , I was 20 in a queue to go on so called triage ..32 minutes later got to number one and my credit run out b4 anyone could answer...not amused that all my credit on phone was wasted. it should be free phone calls since they submerged..forever in a queue only to be told to ring bk ..well they can keep the tabs ..I rather go without them than have the stress they are causing me .

Absolutely terrible doctors can't get no where with them at all, need antidepressants and they can't even give me a full month's prescription they gave me a week to then have withdrawals from the medication they put me on.

Since the NEW Doctors surgery has taken over the practice. :- I?ve tried ringing at different times of the day but except for 8:30 ish their number just knocks you off immediately So they are inaccessible !! ( Even at 10:30 ? AM !! ) Especially to old crocs like me who don?t do computers ?

Awful can't get an appointment if you work have to phone at 8am and won't be seen unless it's an emergency. Was a good surgery but the current doctors are like they're in a carry on film misdiagnosed me 3 times, joke shop not a GP surgery

Every time I try to phone for appointment unable to get through after several hours, several attempts. Finally walked in to make an appointment. Girl on desk said calls only to make appointments. Been trying to make contact with doctor for over 3 years. Discussed.

Have been good to me and I'm New here too friendly polite staff nurses and doctors keep up the good work I've changed doctors so many times this is the one I will now always stay with reason for so many doctors is because I've moved so many times glad I found the best health centre

After being kept on hold for 15 minutes 45 seconds to make an appointment for a flu jab the receptionist coughed, sneezed and chewed into the phone for the whole conversation. She was incredibly rude and this practice really needs to start replacing the reception staff or at least retraining.

Absolutely horrendous. Explained my situation, waiting ages for Dr to call back then gave me last appointment of the day! Was waiting ages in reception for my appointment nearly 20 mins later my appointment time, Still no sign of being seen to! . Seen two drs walk out and go home, only one other person in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous!
