Difficult to rate this more than a three. The entrance is pretty modern, as is the walkway to the cinema screens. Staff are friendly and all was good that end.The screen (screen 3) is pretty old and not at all modern. All seats are at the same level and look up about 15 ft to the screen, so if there?s a head in front of you, you?re a bit stuffed.The leather seats don?t recline, armrests don?t move, some are broken leather?and the heating wasn?t working when we visited (in November) so coats remained on.Sad times?

Wasn't even going to give this cinema one star to be honest! The seats were so uncomfortable! And not to mention how cold it was in there! I suggest taking a blanket if your going here! It's ridiculous! Very poor!!

This cinema is a bit of a weird one.Because it?s a smaller cinema, all the seats are on one level, but the screen is quite high, it can make for an uncomfortable watch if you have neck issues.The staff we saw were generally good (besides one not finding my mates joke funny, but that was my mates fault ??)The only issue with staff is that they were stretched thin, like I only ever saw 2 staff doing all tickets and food and drinks. I also saw the same 2 running round cleaning after the movie finished, and there?s 8 screens so don?t know how they do it.I?ve given it only 3 stars because of the staffing issues, but I do praise the staff for working hard to get the job done, just think the management needs to rethink.

Staff are lovely and friendly and also helpful.Cinema seats were dirty, and most were broken. Uncomfortable so we didn't enjoy watching the film. Wouldn't recommend it.

Booked VIP seats- disgraceful. Uncomfortable some were vandalised and some with what looked like a binbag put over - will not be returning. Just wish I?d have read reviews prior to our visit.

Good popcorn.Small screen ratio when I compare to my 8 years old screen I have at home that looks better.Confort premium seats are just more unconfortable that my old sofa at home. If they had some the luxe cinema and good food will be going there every other week but I understand is a big investement and the cinema looks still quite modern..I have tried 2 different de luxe cinema with large sofa for the family and it is a proper experience where you are happy to pay for something you do not have at home.It is just my view. The staff is very acommodating.

The staff were great and 5*, the cinema isn't worth a star. Watched Blue beetle and I have never been so uncomfortable watching a film. I just wanted the whole experience to end. If I was watching a really long film it would have been hell. The seating is terrible. I would recommend finding another cinema. I use another VUE cinema and it's league's ahead of the one in Rhyl. I won't be going back that's for sure.

Staff are very friendly so would give them 5 stars ?? cinemas are small and unless you sit in VIP your view won?t be great. Need better air filtering systems. The cinema smelt stale and hot. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Leave plenty of time, you may have to drive back out and goto the long stay multi storey on the prom. Cinema has about 30 spaces (that?s being generous) outside to park in.

Usally we go to the Vue cinema in Cheshire Oaks. I highly recommend it.However, this wasn't as good, by a long way.Paid extra for vip seats, but the majority were broken, very uncomfortably, fixed with tape, and in really bad shape. In general, the theatre was small and felt cold and dirty. Although I'm sure it had been cleaned, the place just seems well over due an update. I wouldn't go back.

Nice little cinema, seats are low down but doesn't restrict viewing, the rooms are really dark and the sound it great. Food and drink expensive as expected. There is a go local shop over the road for sweets.

Stayed in the area for a few days and wanted to watch a new film at nightCheap tickets, snacks and drinks compared to my local cinema.staff was friendly, clean and tidy facilitiesWanted to book inside during the day for a film at night, website stated cinema was open only to get there and it was closed. Still managed to book tickets later on in the day. Tickets stated it started at 8:45 but didn?t actually start until 9:30 so unfortunately had to sit through 45 minutes of advertisementsAlso as I was leaving the cinema, there was bunch of teenagers drinking on the car park, with a speaker smashing bottles and was loud which can be quite intimidating, especially at 11:30pm, luckily I wasn?t on my own otherwise I wouldn?t of felt quite as safe, with poor street lighting around the area too

Would give a zero star if I could. My daughter and her friends were being threatened by older teenagers and asked if they could stay in the cinema until I turned up to be told no. Absolutely disgusted. If u let ur kids go and see a film with friends do not expect them to be safe as the staff don't care about them when they are in danger dont keep them safe
