I went to the Vodafone store in Rhyl after a fruitless attempt to sort out a new contract first online and then by phoning Vodafone direct. I was dealt with by George, who was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant. It makes such a difference when one deals with another human being face to face.

The staff on there on Sunday could not have been more helpful, considering I was not buying anything. They even gave me a bottle of ice cold water ( how good is that) well done guys.

Tom and David were incredibly supportive and helpful during my visit to inquire about an upgrade. Despite my hesitation to switch from Sky after being a customer for many years, they remained patient and understanding. They provided me with various options, and I eventually chose the one that best suited my needs. As a result, I have now transferred all my family's sim cards to Vodafone. I am truly grateful for their assistance and guidance. Thank you once again!

I was trying to buy two new phones the assistant was very abrupt every time I asked a question with his answer NO. As a Vodafone customer with a Vodafone contract did not find it very helpful and to topped it off they don't take cash

Vodafone is based in the White Rose shopping centre halfway up the High Street in Rhyl & is a very good Phone shop aswell
