what a fab place went to the shop after a bed nightmare. staff were super helpful with my situation daughter had high expectations of what she wanted. bed ordered to spec. she didn't actually know what it looked like from a video call. delivery and put together price super reasonable. staff putting it up fab too. cannot recommend this place enough to anyone she loves the bed and cannot be more grateful how quickly they pulled this off. 5 ?? + service will be back. thanks team UC beds

I bought a bed and mattress from them before 1 year 2 months, and now my bed got broken without jumping or anything.
But rang them and asked help but they are helpless because its over 1 year and bought from clearance stock.
After 10 months i started feeling something wrong but couldn?t find the problem because it was a diwan bed and woods in the bed are covered with stiched sheets, so i couldn?t open and check it but now its a dip in bedframe.
So i don?t recommend, Not good for the money.

Bought a small double last week Delivered on the correct day ,carried in to the room and assembled for only £20 extra( other shops wanted up to £80) a good service with no issues

Got a cot delivered today was told it would be dismantled and it arrives all in one piece and I said to the guy it was ment to be dismantled when it arrives and he said no depends if we can get it threw the door and left it in my hallway with no acses to any of my rooms in my house me and my two children,, also one guy stood in a car litter try which was on the side and then swore and was having a right moan which yes I get it's not nice,.but to leave it across my hallway and leave the attitude was awful will never use again!!

I visited 5 bed shops before I bought from here uc beds being the last 1 were I purchased a new double bed at a excellent price and quality staff very helpful not like the the the other 4 shops I visited some being big high street names thanks very much ?

this is a mixed review!
I'm really happy with the bed however I specifically asked for the bed to be built for me, I was told this is £20 and I agreed.
upon delivery the man wanted to leave it at the door he was reluctant to build the bed but when I showed him the messages between me and the store he agreed to build it for me!
if you want your furniture built double check the service is added to your invoice.
