Have recently made a few visits to the Rhyl store and always been treated politely and professionally. I have purchased tiles helped greatly by Sophie, who deserves a mention as she is an asset to the store. Would recommend.

My wife came in to the rhyl store a few weeks ago and was served by 2 gentlemen one called Ross and 1 called nick she said they were very helpful and help her choose the right tiles for our bathroom. We would highly recommend this store they are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the right products what are needed for any off your tilling needs many thanks for helping us with our project. We would go to any other branch excellent service guys

I can see why this branch has such a good Google rating because the service I received yesterday from everyone was excellent. Soph especially was so helpful, I'd honestly have been totally lost if she hadn't come over to help! She looked at the photo I'd taken of the tiles and then demonstrated how the threshold strip would work. She also helped me describe it to my tiler on the phone, to check and he actually knew her from the store and said, 'if Soph says it'll work, I trust her'. So I bought the right threshold strip and it worked and the wetroom looks great, thank you, Topps Rhyl and thank you, Soph ???????
