Rhuddlan Surgery - please update your hours on Google. I've just driven to your surgery on a Wednesday to find out you are closed all day. You also state on the surgery door that you are closed Monday all day and Friday all day. Please correct your hours displayed on Google. Would be much appreciated. Thank you.

They?re all so lovely there, I went with my son two years ago for his injections and always had a nice conversation with the receptionist and the nurses and doctors are all so nice and attentive, I went today with my newborn and again the receptionist is very lovely we had a nice conversation before I took my daughter to see the doctor and he was also very attentive to me and my daughter to make sure we were both ok. Great experience.

Poor service several times, unable to get an appointment for weeks, turning up for nurse appointments and the nurse is off, telling me my appointment is in Rhuddlan then telling me when I get there it's in Prestatyn, medication not being at the chemist, lost prescriptions , not answering the phone etc NEVER apologise when they get it wrong, staff with attitude. I think us taxpayers deserve better service.

I am outraged... Rang today 1st of July asking for an appointment, next available doctors appointment was August. So I ask for a Nurse as apparantly they can prescribe too. ONLY ONE available appointment in the WHOLE OF JULY for a nurse and on a day I cannot do. I have to close my business just to attend this ONLY appointment. I shouldnt have to do this.WAS NOT OFFERED any other date or day in the 31 days of JULY for a Nurse after explaining this.We have been with this doctors for over ten years and since Dr Drury left this surgery has become very poor. We will be looking to move our Doctors

This is my daughters experience with this so called surgery, when it comes to mental health they score 0She was staying at my sisters house but needed a referral to hafford but as she had a temporary address ( not her fault ) he/she told her to go to the one in Llandudno. Mental health is important and you failed in your duty of care and should be struck off, I?m appalled by your decision. I will be ringing Monday and I want answers. You make me sick.

As an ex patient had a very bad experience with this doctor. Failed to read ECG correctly ( proven by consultant) tampered with medication without scientific basis proven to be poor judgement by subsequent competent clinicians, failed to diagnose type 2 diabetes in 2 years of laughable care, 6 years of cardiac records of mine went missing and I was called a liar over it. Failed to respond honestly to a formal complaint and told me to go and find another GP when I questioned this appalling behaviour. I am so gald that the Registrar moved me to another practice and I have found out what quality care really means

Booked an appointment for 1200 hrs. Arrived at 1150 hrs and still had not been seen at 1300 hrs. No explanation or excuse. In the end I gave up waiting and cancelled the appointment - rubbish!

This is a nice little surgery, I had my ante-natal appointments here sometimes, and it doesn't feel really clinical and depressing like some surgeries do. It also has a good size waiting room and a good layout, so the rooms seem out-of-the-way and private, but you don't get lost in the corridors.
