Went in a few days ago, staff were slow and there were many unfinished sandwiches on the counter. There are two women there that ruin it, inconsiderate to the customers.

Went in around 6:40, instantly felt not wanted in the shop, like a burden and inconvenience to the staff, was shouted that we can?t sit in instantly. Barely any bread was available, only hearty Italian, which was stale anyway, nearly chipped a tooth biting into it, male staff member seemed severely undertrained, took nearly 10 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches. Even with the closing of the shop in 20 minutes no need to be treated so poorly absolutely no customer service.

The place was clean and tidy it wasn't busy just us and a couple sat in the window the staff were polite when asking what you wanted apart from that they made no communication a bit like robots. But it didn't effect the food which was the usual delicious and

20th August 2023 approximately 1830, entered Subway to order some subs for us, there was no customers waiting, it was just our family, but when the 2 staff lady's working saw us they kept on whispering to each other and not wanting to serve us. The way they looked at us is like they have never seen Asian brown people before. All the Welsh people are so friendly and welcoming but these 2 staff are not. They continued whispering and ignoring us until we started walking out. So uncomfortable feeling that we didn't order and walked out with no food and went back to our hotel and ordered food from Uber Eats instead. Disgusted by their attitude towards us. Never again returning to this subway again.
