Brilliant service from Rhyl specsavers from the time walking in. Particularly like to mention Josh. He had such patience helping me choose frames. Such a lovely friendly person. Also Jamie and Jess . Went to pick them up and Sam was very helpful,making sure glasses fit. Thanks to all of them.

Have been twice recently to the store in Rhyl. The first time to gather a load of info on what eye services are offered and prices etc. Spoke to Jessica that day and she was very helpful so I decided to return when possible for my eye test and glasses. Made an appointment yesterday for appointment today and the lady doing the pretests was great, as was the optician, and then again Jessica gave me fantastic advice on what glasses and lens to pick. Looking forward to picking them up now on 9th. Fingers crossed all will be well but so far I am impressed by the knowledge there now and the customer service. It has definitely improved since I last visited. Well done .

A Nasty staff member rang me by mistake, thinking she was speaking to my daughter, who is Autistic/Asperger's.They currently owe her a week's wage: she gave them all her details, and they ended up ringing my mobile; this person (a Manager), sounded very aggressive, and told me I should have answered the phone, because she had been ringing.Very good Opthalmologists there: a small number of staff very respectful; but this woman was very rude, and there was no call for her to speak to my daughter in this manner.I'm glad she's not doing an apprenticeship there, because if this is how she was being treated.

Very pleased with my glasses this year. Completely changed prescription from the previous test, which I didn?t get on with. Pleased that a different optimologist did the test. Like the frame I chose.
