absolutely shocking customer service when asking simple questions via messenger a couple of times and twice by phone to be told they didn't have my order and then to be told the order would be dispatched within 48 hours absolute joke, definitely wouldn't recommend this company,well done sovereign trophies one let down boy for his birthday

The service is top quality long with the products. Recently moved premises to the old shop on water street but that doesn?t effect any quality. Would definitely recommend for any trophy, medal or just normal engraving. The owner Stephen can engrave on nearly anything just pop in and ask
