I have been using Shaws for many years for service, repairs and our annual MoT. The are very professional and do an excellent job every time. They are also prompt. They understand you need the car back and they will always try and do the job as quickly as possible. Usually the same day if they can. I can highly recommend their service as being excellent ?

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend,after long period of time this garage had ,the car was the same as it went in ! Endless excuses ,they had plenty of chances ,even had the car for another 3 days ,to which it was just park up and nothing was done ,went to another garage,and the original issue was sorted at last ! Never had to challenge a garage before and I was fob off in end ,they have no care and no knowledge , expensive mistake in trust ,never again.Before they or anyone else say anything I have the evidence.

From going into the reception and the Job being completed I was very impressed with the service I got. I found the lady in reception very helpful and from taking my car in with a problem and completion of the job only took 24 hours. Fantastic. I would definitely recommend this garage
