I cant thank the staff here enough for their professionalism and efficiency. After an examination i was referred to the hospital same day and treated for a detached retina. Then today I received a follow up call from the store to check my welfare. I would usually use the more common boots or specsavers but never again. I reccomend this store 100%Thank you

Bought glasses for pool was told would take 2 weeks... 10 days later get a call saying they would be delayed by another 2 weeks as frames where not in stock. Which was OK.. never heard anything so went to see them where I was informed they would be another 3 weeks again I waited..so after almost 3 weeks I'm expecting my pair of glasses so I rang them asking if thy was there to be told nope then would take longer what a joke of an opticians...if this is how they treat customers then I certainly won't be going there again.. staff where helpful though

Had free eye test (of a certain age), optician said eyes no change, I told him that I would like to try contact lenses for which they sorted a try before you commitsingle use pack very good information and instruction by staff excellent service

I came in for a sight test to this branch and was treated lovely and felt very welcomed when entering the branch, all staff were very friendly and the optometrist was very nice too, all in all very good visit to this store would recommend to friends and family.
