Waiting for text to collect item 4 days now. Not bad for next day click and collect...Update...I called in to store after days waiting and John,the manager, sorted out the issue with a refund and a £10 voucher as apology for their mistake. The item never arrived from warehouse. He was excellent in customer service. Thank you.

Needed to get some items for my son for college I admit I was worried to go in as i had preconceptions of it being a male dominated environment and they would maybe see a woman with no clue of what she was doing. Well how wrong was I two lovely ladies Sam and Jackie were absolutely amazing with my son and I really put us at ease and couldn't have been more helpful. Such a positive experience
