Always used savers great prices good variety of products never had a problem with customer service. I have even won a home cleaning Bundle. Which does not affect my views on the store. It grate value for money and I always find what I need and they have great promotions

would never use these again. There is no customer service, they ignore requests for call backs when chasing an order that should have been delivered by 12/1. These and Evri are as bad as each other, you get what you pay for.

Evri delivered my Savers parcel on Friday night outside my closed workplace and Savers have responded by saying it?s tough luck and I?m losing out on £113. No member of ?management? will contact me. Disgusting customer service.

A great store with good supplies and lower prices like elsewhere. I have been buying in this store for many years and I was always nice to serve. But for about months two ladies working there have been spoiling the opinions of this company. Shopping today I did not feel completely interested from the staff. One lady referred me to the other lady when I wanted to pay etc. Generally speaking, this treatment does not happen in any other store anymore. The way to solve this behavior is left to the management of this company.
