I echo a lot of the lower reviews on here,we've stayed at numerous Premier inns, london Gatwick,Wembley london,Barry Island, all large hotels and we've never experienced a dirty room.I never leave bad reviews either, I just never normally go back to that place. The location is excellent for the beach and promenade, (we were visiting relatives and this was the closest we could get to them)Service,we were greeted by aj,pleasant and welcoming but didn't see anybody again after that on reception. We ate breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel, it was nice quality food, the continental section was plentiful, pancakes were lovely and fresh.Only downfall was we sat close to continental section and anyone throwing there toast through the toaster twice caused think smoke in the air which led to me having a coughing fit, twice.Staff were pleasant in restaurant and had their work cut out cleaning up after families in there. My only criticism is our room was not clean, the pictures will show the room was not up to standard of other Premier inns we've stayed in and really needs addressing.£120 quid a night,I just expect better than a clean bed.The bath after I ran it had hairs floating in it,yep not head hair either, the shower curtain was hanging off as were the brackets holding the shower rail on.Skirting boards dusty, not a days dust, thick dust.Walls had coffee/ tea slops down them.Light switch at side of door as you walk in had encrusted food on it...headboard also had solidified food(at least I'm hoping it's food)stuck to it.Well the pictures speak for themselves, the purple picture is the dust on the wall above bed,the top of the headboard and side units again not a day's worth of dust, thick dust.Just expected better.

Room clean and comfortable. Carpets could do with an update. Sad to see Rhyl itself is in decline. Was happy that hotel was close to railway station, as I would not be relaxed walking out at night.Walkability: A few minutes from railway station and bus station. Close to beach front.

Can't fault it. Comfy, quiet and right on the front. Just a 5 min walk from the traon station too.Rooms: Comfy and clean rooms with air conditioningNearby activities: Cinema, fun fair and splash centre right on the doorstep. Just cross the road for the beach and endless amusement arcades along the frontWalkability: Very close to train station and activities. No need for a car.Food & drinks: Pub in Premier Inn is great. Had a fantastic good value meal there...best vegan burger I have ever had and recommended the triple chocolate brownie!!

Quad room was perfect lovely. The remote control was dirty.Staff very welcoming and helpful.Keep up the covid cleans on remotes and switchesLoved that no extra cushions were on the beds as the covers in all these hotels are not cleaned each time like pillow cases. Well done.I think if you can only offer a quad for single people the price should reflect £93 was way too much

Stayed recently at this premier inn, was very taken back by how kind and helpful all the staff were, the hotel was clean, the food was nice and was a great price for what we wanted. The rooms were clean and stocked with all your essentials, we made a few requests at reception that were dealt with straight away and the staff were not bothered by it at all. All staff on reception/restaurant/cleaning staff were approachable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They made our short trip most relaxed. Huge thank you to management and staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.
