Today I visited this branch looking for technical assistance with my handset. The service I received from Nathan really did go above and beyond my expectations. He helped me negotiate a new deal and managed to solve the issue with my handset and SIM.
I cannot praise this employee enough!
Thank you again Nathan for helping me through a tough time in such a calm and friendly manner.

Fantastic store. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nath said his aim was for me to leave the store with a big smile on my face. He did not disappoint.

Were not very helpful, they had a target to sell something not prepared to deal with complaint issues . I went online to the office to get my issue resolved. Installing broadband was great by engineers a superb group of engineers organised from EE office.

Many thanks to the staff at Rhyl 02 today. Technical problem was sorted and solved efficiently by the store staff. My mobile phone had been allocated a temporary new number due to being in a remote area, and was restored to original state quickly.

Great customer service from Chris in store (Rhyl) after receiving dubious advice from O2?s call centre who tried to get us to pay for a SIM card (that the store provides for free)?go in store, do not use O2 call centres.

I was on holiday in Wales and my phone broke. I took it to this shop and Marron (I think, sorry if that's wrong!) who is the tech guy, and Jamie Lee sorted it out for me. I panicked as I am from Manchester, and train tickets, etc, were all on there, so unless my phone was fixed, I would've been stranded. Those 2 heroes saved the day ????
I have to say though, 02 customer services on the telephone are shocking!! They hung up on me twice because they couldn't answer my question and didn't know what to say, so just cut me off. Very, very poor ?

My phone was out of service for 2 weeks. Went to O2 in rhyl (which is my local shop) to tell them what has happened. Advised me to go to Liverpool Apple, which I did. Went back to O2 Rhyl and told them what Apple told me about my phone - it was reported stolen and this had nothing to do with the Apple product, but the network. Whilst I was reporting this, the staff were not listening. The service was so poor and staff were not very helpful with the situation. I felt so anxious and my anxiety was on the roof. I went to O2 Llandudno instead, the staff were fantastic and very helpful and they have fixed the situation straight away and listened to the problem. I just don?t understand why I have to travel 10 miles, when O2 Rhyl (my local store) could?ve just fixed the situation and I didn?t have to travel.

Tried to return a click & collect order and got told I?m unable to do it there and I needed to go to Llandudno.Go to Llandudno, very helpful and said there?s no reason why Rhyl couldn?t have taken the returns. Blatantly lying to customers isn?t the best 1st impression to make. Won?t be buying from here when my contracts up
