Quoted- paid over 300 for deposit. Didn’t turn up to fit carpet… twice. Refused to refund deposit so I had to pay out twice to get another contractor. Stopped replying to all e-mails and phonecalls and even dodged letters from small claims. Do not touch with a barge pole.Service: Install flooring

I have tried several times to contact mystique flooring but received no call back and the person didn't turn up as arranged so I am disappointed as I would have had them to do the beading - now I'm having difficulty finding someone else.

I have over 25 years of experience in the flooring trade, I have worked nation and worldwide, from a basic toilet in a domestic house to 4000 sq mtrs carpet job on board some of the worlds biggest cruise ships, from new builds to referbs at sail.
I work on numerous High Street top brand shops.
I pride myself on completing all work to a high standard.
I have had training in the products I use, and always try to update my knowledge with ongoing training.
I have attended a 4 day bespoke fitting course at Polyflor.
Had training on floor laying prep work with Ardex.
Part of a select few that tested and reported on Uzin L4 smoothing compound.
I am an accredited installer for Havwoods.
