Usually this macdonalds is ok with decent service and decent food. This time I got the chicken wrap and the chicken was dry and very hard. I couldn?t eat half the wrap because of this.

It's McDonalds! Food is as it looks on the board. The staff are pleasant. Shame it's in Rhyl.
Parking: It's in the town centre so you need to park in any of the public parking or street parking.

Almost the only food place open in Rhyl on a January afternoon. Very mediocre fries, coffee was ok, chicken ok. Place could go with a good clean, especially the toilets.

I had sent my kids down for collection but the staff refused to give them the food, when asked for the code, my kids gave them the code, then the staff told them that they are too young to take delivery, so what was the point in asking them for the code, when I went down and spoke to the manager (Ben) Ben spoke very rude to us with my kids in front of me which was very disgusting behaviour and unprofessional, Ben the manager walked us out and used the f word when saying don?t ever come back again. I tried to ring up when I got back to defuse any situation and I spoke to Ben and he immediately put the phone down.

After my daughter driving to Rhyl to get me a fillet o fish meal I was surprised to see the fish burger was missing. As I?m disabled and housebound I couldn?t go to correct this. Don?t even bother trying to phone the store. I got told various orders for Uber were left for the 25 minutes my daughter was instore. I would advise you give delivery a miss as the wait time can be an hour plus for cold food
