I had 4 items to return due to not fitting as well as I would have liked, but I realised I had taken too long to return them and I was happy to receive a credit note for use later.
I handed them over with my receipt - had a lovely member of staff dealing with me and she checked them and then credited my bank card for me. No questions, no quibbling just excellent service - thank you. I also have to congratulate you on the upgrade to the store - it is amazing, very modern and light. Good luck xxx

Called in today. WOW! Newly refurbished and what a great job! A whole new image in this store. The lighting has made a very tired store great again. The displays are really lovely and presented in such a way it makes matching items together so much easier.
