Apart from going to surgery for flu jabs etc, haven't had to contact them for years. This afternoon saw Craig who was so friendly, pleasant and easy to talk to. Listened to all my concerns and questions. Thank you.

SECOND UPDATE:July 23 - Removed from the patient list under the 'zero-tolerance' policy for voicing my frustration at their lack of care and support. No evidence in support of their use of this policy was ever presented.I was subsequently diagnosed with Cancer under the care of another GP practice, and am now facing Chemo and Radio that may have been avoidable had this Cancer been caught earlier.UPDATE: Have had a letter from the primary care trust informing me that LMC wish me to be removed from their NHS patient list. This is what happens when you dare challenge them on the service they are providing.Nov 21 - Had to fight to get an appointment booked several weeks in advance for an asthma review. unable to attend due to having a cold. Told I would have to re-book and wait at least another two weeks to see someone.What has happened to healthcare in this country? If you lack capacity for the patients in your care, then you are not caring for your patients!!!

I have had good and bad to say really. Scott and Craig who are young doctors are fantastic can fault them. A couple of the receptionists especially Laura are great but some think flirting with the manager is more important than getting off her seat to help a patient.Also the nurse was lively at first no problems but I must of caught her on a bad day. She was giving me dirty looks and questioned why I had come into have my smear test done. I ended up walking out upset as she spoke to me like dirt. I would never do that to a doctor or nurse ever. Zero tolerance works both ways. I am currently trying to get through. I'm number 1 in quee and told waiting time under 2 minutes, yet been on hold 54 mins and counting. Why

If I could give 0 stars I would, horrific patient care from both the manager and certain reception staff.Removed from their NHS list due to my ?attitude?. What is to be expected when you are not offered care by your own GP practice and the staff speak to you in rude and dismissive manners? Moral of the story, you dare challenge their treatment of patients the manager doesn?t actually try to make things better, he just removes the ?problem? and pastes over the cracks.No care or empathy from staff, spoken to like you?re a child, duty of care 100% not honoured by this practice, they will happily leave you in distress then blame you for their own mistakes.Avoid like you avoided Covid-19 in 2020.

Absolutely disgusting! Rubbish patient care and since Dr mohdein? has taken over the practise i have had nothing but trouble with prescriptions and help with ongoing health issues! Absolutely no help and leaves his patients to suffer with no perscription while he goes of on holidays absolute joke!! Now I have recieved a letter that I am no longer a patient under their care because I have missed a couple of appointments due to memory loss, which is documented in my patient notes.When I rang to apologies and ask for an exception to be made as it isn't my fault I was told the doctor wouldn't Evan listen!! I have been a patient here since i was a child! Absolute joke this surgery is! Stay clear!

I am currently dealing with a serious medical condition. I am being supported by Dr Mohideen and his fantastic staff members above and beyond what I would consider normal expected service. Nothing is too much trouble. Their care and attention is second to none. They are making a life changing period much more manageable. Thank you all.
