Staff have no clue was told I could not return a jacket as it was purchased online only for me to take it to one close by that accepted immediately

The store is very compacted, 15 - 20 people would over pack the shop. Had to leave whilst my family were shopping as being on crutches caused an already tight space even tighter. Staff seemed friendly though from the time I spent inside the shop.

Rubbish service ignorant and rude staff the young lasses there were more bothered about talking to one another had to ask twice to be served as the first time I was blatantly ignored and they then continued to laugh and was only person stood waiting. Insouls of shoes had been removed removed all badges and stickers how am I supposed to return them if the original price stickers are no longer present won't be shopping here again as I'll probly get stung and not be able to return the item
