Excellent service. Dealt with Jay from start to finish and he was brilliant! Went through everything with us and when we did have an issue with fitting he sorted it straight away. Couldn?t ask for better service.

Just had a new kitchen from Howdens - very happy with it. Jay came to measure up and design it - he wasn't a pushy salesman trying to sell me things I didn't need.
It was delivered on the day the fitter requested with no problems, everything was there that we needed. We went back into the store to swap the handles as we decided we wanted smaller ones and they did that there and then with no problem. The staff in the store are helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend.

I really need a new full kitchen (minimum 20units) and fitted bedroom wardrobe and I was planning on buying but I will not be ignored !Llandudno (12.2.24)branch just wanted to get rid of me as I was to much hassle and too many questions so they gave me a brochure..(omg I'm thinking about buying big kitchen and fitted wardrobe obviously I'll have questions !)..Rhyl (21.02.24) no one even bothered to see me. They all stayed in the office chatting with eachother pretending that there isn't any clients since it was 16:30 and they're closing at 17:00 !!! I'm sorry that I sometimes do night shifts and I can't be in some places early but that's why they're open until 17:00 and they should do their job !! Lazy !!And dear costumer friends looking for kitchens or bedrooms don't bother going to either branch as Howdens has non existing display my living room is bigger and has more furniture and the staff (if they come out) will give you a brochure that you anyway can see online so safe your fuel !!! Just lest buy elsewhere !!!

Service very much depends on who serves you. There is a lovely young lad who works behind the counter who is very helpful indeed, as is the girl who works in the warehouse. Conversely, there is an older person there (perhaps the manager) who needs to take a lesson from the junior members of staff when it comes to customer service. I found the manager very inflexible and not willing to help at all with an issue I faced with a product bought from another Howdens branch because ?he did not want to be lumbered with a return which did not come from his branch? This left me in a bit of a fix which he could of easily helped me with. Because I had the joiner booked first thing that morning to fit the internal door I had purchased, I had little option other than to let the joiner fit a less than perfect door, or pay for a wasted morning of the joiner and face a delay in getting him back. All in all very disappointing because of one employee?s inflexibility and general bad attitude.

Had good experiences in this branch but lately the in store service has been so slow, no one comes out of the office if there is a queue, with only 2 people in front of me I was left standing waiting for over half a hour, that is way to long when I could be spending that time working, desperately needs addressing
