Howdens are mainly a trade kitchen supplier but the patience they have shown when I have needed advise about parts or needed items replacing even after a couple of months after ordering has been exceptional. The customer service received by these guys has been second to non. I asked for some help to work out how many packs I would need at the desk, a guy named Danny came to help me, he worked out what I would need, took it through the checkout and helped me put it in the car, even though it was pouring with rain, thank you very much Danny, excellent service.”
