If I could leave 1 star I would. Staff Saturday afternoon were rude. No customer service skills what so ever! I have been with the halifax since I was 14, I'm desperately trying to get Certified Copy of my passport which I had with me. I come to their website. 20 mile round trip to pay 3k in to Rhyl branch, oh look blooming closed on a Friday, absolutely useless!
