The lady in store was very friendly professional and assisted me to chose a beautiful ring, I can highly recommend this store, and will be going back in to have a ring repaired.
I have been back into the store today my 3rd visit each visit it has been Kristel who has assisted me, an each time she has been very professional an friendly assisting me today to chose presents for my granddaughters, which I very much appreciated, excellent service.

Recently popped in to have a look at wedding rings. Zoe was very helpful and assisted us with all our questions and needs. She was very professional and knowledgeable but also kind and compassionate. Came in too get my gf finger sized.. This shop is the only one in North Wales which is sad to see, but with shop rents the way they are and councils getting richer and not helping out down the chain you can see why. Met Zoe who did my gfs daughters ear piercing nice lady..

Online shopping is handy but face to face interaction and help is much better. Apart from being a fantactic shop the staff are very pleasant, helpful & kind. Zoe who works here is an asset to the company she has been incredibly informative, helpful and always has a warm happy personality. Everytime i shop here its a joy and any help i need or concerns the help is there and made purchasing easy. I certainly shall continue to shop at this special jewellers.

We went to this store to get my daughter?s ears pierced and was served by Zoe. Zoe was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable and made my daughter feel at ease.
