I usually love Domino?s? but me and my gf have ordered for delivery from the domino?s in Rhyl many many times (over 10 times), and the staff in there always forget to add toppings. For example, we choose burger sauce on pizza but it?s only been added once? and it?s been forgotten every other time, that?s £2 per topping?(and we both have it, so that?s £4 a time that?s forgotten about), so they do love to scam you for your money at Rhyl! They also do stupid things like putting on pork meatballs one time, when I selected ground beef. And forgetting other toppings. And it just gets expensive and unprofessional to have untrained staff not doing their job properly. I?m sorry but it?s not difficult to read an order.

Fast delivery and tasty pizzas. Had a couple of issues with a previous delivery, but the store Manager sorted it for us. Great service

The staff here are lovely, but I think they change staff regularly???The pizza was as ordered, but on my visit this evening, I do wonder if they're running out of cheese. I would have liked just a little bit more, not much but a little bit.Parking: There's a limited amount of street parking in between double yellow lines. Some vehicles seem to park for hours, others are just collecting food, so well worth driving round the block slowly a few times until a space becomes available.

Ordered around 8:00 p.m. ish one margarita pizza one pepperoni pizza, the bottle of Coke was the best part, really angry to be honest how they can get away with serving that disgusting food I wonder if Domino's CEOs know how these people are serving their product? Sorry Domino's staff you should be ashamed of yourselves, not Good, and people do not fall for the half price offer because you still have to pay over £20 and then you still have to pay for delivery so you're paying £24 plus no matter what! The pepperoni pizza was absolutely dripping in grease was burnt in places, it was so salty we left about half of it could not eat it at all, the margarita pizza only add cheese on certain parts which you will see in the picture and was just not nice in general thanks a lot Domino's we was really hungry that night.

Called 26th and 27th Jan. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The pizza was a life saver. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team on these 2 evenings for their customer service, 5 stars will call again.

We use the Rhyl branch a lot when we are in towyn, this place beats all the Manchester branch's we use, delivery is always bang on time & the food is always piping hot.I had a problem with a payment but I spoke with a guy called Mike & was sorted straight away.Keep up the good work guys. ??????????????
