Havent ordered for a while because last order wasnt the best but thought will try agian ordered lamb donner and chicken pakora turned up after 45 minutes even though there is a £5 charge for delivery luke warm donner meat looked pink chicken spongey after being in a plastic tub for i dont know how long certainly wont be ordering again ?

ordered on just eat around close to 1.30am , ordered was accepted and said it should arrive by 2.10-2.30 which was fine so it got to 2.40 and tried to get an update on where the driver was and no response then had to call the store multiple times as it got later and ended up waiting for 2 hours after i had already ordered my food, so i drove to the store and obviously closed, so i?ve still not had my order which I?m clearly not gonna get and I?m fuming, don?t accept orders if you?re not gonna deliver them

Orders of Uber eats was told it would arrive about 01:45am it?s late I then click get help tells me it will arrive at 2am then it still hasn?t arrived at 02:30am I call them no answer just some advice don?t order here when it?s late they?ll take your money then not deliver

Waited for 1hr 30 min then tried to call too over 15 calls to get thru when they did pick up they told me to stop calling and the driver was on the way after another 30 min had gone by the drive shows up with the food. The food was about as warm as a snow ball . Honestly what a bunch of

Awful experience ordered for delivery after waiting for an hour and half couldn't get through when calling and when finally got through was shouted at by the rudest man on the phone saying that the driver was on the way and hung up . Finally arrived around the 2 hour mark for all the food to be cold to the touch and honestly inedible . Definitely would not reccomend and definitely will never be ordering again absolutely awful

I ordered on the justeat app only payed a for a large custom pizza but when they confirmed my order I waited for 2 hours and then I get a notification saying they have delivered it but they never did i looked online to see if they are open and for a contact number, they were open but when I rang the phone no answer I about 20-25 times and nothing and I live in the same area where they operate only a 5 min drive I understand if u don?t have drivers to deliver the food but Atleast let the customer know instead of taking my £20 and wasting my time not happy will not order from here again

The staff used to be twins, but its now under new managment, and im sorry to say, but i wish the twins would come back, but the food is really nice, i always have chicken with chips because they are absolutely delicious. My friends have different things and they say how nice it is too.

I ordered with just eat and this has happened a few times now when the food just hasn't shown up after saying the 'enjoy your food' which leads me to call them and no one answers because they are now 'closed' because its been so long, so now we are having to do without I'm not sure if it's just eat or chilli pink that keeps messing up but I think I'll stop ordering with them after this
