Bought an iPhone charger cable for £11.99 in November poorly made and the packaging states I have a 2 year warranty. Liars! Made the assumption that I snapped it when it?s not even snapped just not good quality at all for that price. It actually dangerous and I should have been able to swap it. Refused an exchange or a refund won?t be using this store again and il be warning others not to. Cheers for ripping me off!

Wishing to sell our Humax 1100s freesat box we took it into this store, having left it I was surprised to get a call saying that it had failed testing, I asked them if they had connected a satellite cable, the know-it-all young lad said that it didn't need it.Having picked the box back up the pictures show it working on the same day at home.50 minute's round trip on each occasion, waste of time ad fuel.I won't be back.

Really helpful staff, professional and non pushy approach to sales, actual store didn't have the item I wanted on this occasion so staff checked other stores/online for items and went through very clearly how I could order from another store. Whole experience was great

Its pretty good, good stock, good staff ect, the problem is the code they follow is so hypocritical, I've bought games, completely scratched. I'll take a game in with a bit of a scratch and they'll say no.

Not really a place I'd sell too but for buying games and electronics there pretty decent, the staffs nice and will try to help you out if you don't want a credit slip when you return something instead of the cash you paid with... if your patient and polite there good ppl they've helped me when my samsung watch broke a year after I bought it they gave me the cash back instead of a credit slip or direct replacement from another store ? lol

So I visited the store last Wednesday (1st june). First we had a long wait because the girl couldn't find our game. We didn't mind the wait because she was polite, and courteous. She was great at her desk and trying to assure we were happy and got what we came in for. However, since coming home, and I live over 100 miles away, I'm fuming because upon inspection, 4 of the 6 discs we have brought are FILTHY. We have cleaned and even after one disc nearly broke my ps4. This shows this store only care about how they look on the face of things and possibly don't clean the discs or check them before distributing. I could have let it slide after one disc being dirty, but 4. Shocking and thoughtless and clearly a case of give us your money and jog on.
