I was going into the store to find theses teddies called my blue friend and I was looking for the lion one and a staff member called Tracy when above and Beyond to go in the back to see if they had one and it made me so happy as otherwise I would not have gotten the teddy i wanted. She was very nice to talk to as well as she made me feel very welcomed and I could just have a nice chat with her . 10/10 experience

Store is rather cramped for space when trying to view the stock but the staff are so helpful it is well work a visit. Excellent cheerful service. Full marks!

Today my mum had gone into the card factory looking for confetti. She asked the staff members and explained that someone wasn't as helpful yesterday but two staff members went above and beyond to go and check their stock to see if they had any and they came out with multiple boxes of confetti to make sure that my mum could get what she wanted.She's pretty sure their names were Ryan and Julie, if so my mum would like to say a big thank you to both of you (sorry if she's not got your names right)

Found a decent card but was then told by staff she was sure she had seen a nice car one for the occasion. Wasn't on the shelves but she routed through the stock drawers and found one, spot on. Above and beyond thank you.
