Had a problem with my car. Popped in on the off chance someone could have a look at it. No appointment. It was looked at straight away and problem was fixed in 5 minutes and could carry on with my holiday. Problem solved?

They had everything I need. Would have 5 stars but I was charged £5 plus VAT AKA £6 because I didn't have the broken piece. Apparently they work on an exchange basis. Seems like a naughty way just get extra cash.
