Had a 3 seater sofa delivered today and the two gentlemen took our old 3 piece suite away. The job was done well within 30 minutes. Cannot thank them enough. The staff at the shop in Rhyl and the lady we spoke to on the phone were nothing but helpful, polite and professional. Thank you all so so much.

Helpful volunteers eager to please, paid members of staff are stood about chatting or nowhere to be seen whilst the volunteers seemed to be doing everything ! I wanted to donate some goods but was put off & have skipped the items instead
