Used self check out to pay, got stopped from leaving and asked if I'd paid had to return to provide proof, woman was rude never experienced anything like it.

Mainly in regards to delivery?s as we have ordered an item paid extra for quicker delivery and it shows as being delivered but not turn up it has happened now for the third time be aware when purchasing for delivery.

We have took a piece of laminate flooring with me and was recommended to use this magnusson laminate floor cutter is no good. The staff who are in that design should no how things work as they are trained to help you. Not just send you away with anything just because they can not be bothered. Now the job got stopped because they don?t care. Staff in that department are shocking. I would not give that person one star for working in b&q.

Phoned the store,was impressed by speed and politeness of Brad,came into store where Brad was very helpful,not only that but very cheerful,took us straight to product,carried it to checkout,then out to the car for us,a very polite young man,you don't get that service in many shops,well done young man, excellent service with a smiling polite young man excellent ,well done Brad and B&Q for employing exceptional staff

Husband went into B & Q rhyl today to purchase a few items for fixing a gate. He was helped out by Thomas. He was amazing. Took him round the store and got exactly what he needed. Thomas went above and beyond to help and deserves to be recognised for his outstanding service.
Will recommend him to others!

easy parking. lots in there but it's not a super size store.
prices are higher than most places but went because I needed it there and then .wood is VERY expensive so I did the buy that.i would say double the price I usually pay
