“Always been alright , see me often lol always asking what's it this time "jokingly" haha great sense of humour and friendly approach from staff esp the one lol , so far personally? Great service , yes a little slow due to many people around and the branch being near the exit of town , but other than that bright staff always this one woman with black hair? Absolutely amazing staff member fr knows what she's doing and knows where to direct ,and how to direct you and know the right way to say things etc.. all in all great memeber ti have on a team also great window staff You request they tell u how thy can help ??♂️ What more can u so I that moment , I Only rate 4 starts due to a few minor issues u get with any bank eventually (lost £10 couldn't retrieve it, the bank took my money and they would not help) butttt since then have helped with a similar issue I guess the issue should was proof to Be fair what can ya do ??♂️, 5 stars if u gimme my tenna back and say hello when's I pop in in a few mins ? haha”

“Called in for 2 coffees for the journey home. I was asked to have the large size cups because for the same price as a medium I could also have either a grab bag of Walkers crisps or a Twirl bar. So 2 coffees, one bag of crisps and one Twirl for the same price as 2 medium coffees. Great sales, ladies! One thing I'd say is get a dark roast not blonde if you like your coffee.”

“We’ve just returned from 3 days here, what a brilliant stay and we’re unexpected looked after by a guy called James. Not only did he give us VIP check in, he came to visit us on our first day with recommendations for trips etc. Really nice guy, and nothing to do with sales, which you normally get, he was just genuinely seeing we were having a good time. Kids so happy with the amenities, we loved the hot tub and bingo! Booking to go back in may.”
