Superb service, my brother was visiting fro England took to look at mobility scooter, assistant jasmine suggested to go away and make sure it suited his needs went back next day and purchased one no pressure at all

My mobility scooter was having a service. New batteries if needed and ,a bit of a wobbly wheel fixed. They phoned to say. Batteries had failed, charger had failed and then said that both wheels had failed and need replacing.Then told me the price. £100 service. Batteries and charger £295Then wait for it 2 new wheels £700 total £1095. Nearly had heart attack. Told um I couldn't afford that and to leave the wheels. When they called back later they said put 2 new batteries in , a new charger and service price £415. Absolutely ridiculous but I had to pay or they would have kept my scooter. And I need that as it's the only way I get a round. Really upset at the prices bloody rip off merchants. Never going there again

Scooter was running a bit slow we phoned them up told them the problem we got quoted £100 so we dropped the scooter off then we got a phone call which they said the Scooter needed new batteries and a charger price £295 saying the other price was only a quote again needing the scooter we said yes to the price when we went to pick it up it the price was £414 knowing they had the scooter and we had no other option so we had to pay it felt like we got scammed never going to use them again

What wonderful people! We wanted to hire a a wheelchair and Ableworld was the only place we found to do so as Red Cross were closed all week. Jenna and her team were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful that we were astounded. We later returned to the store where Jenna gave us the most useful advice on many aspects of our current problems. We have since purchased a Rollator Walker on her recommendation and this has changed our life. Well done!

Was having a wheel problem with my old 4wheeled walker so popped over to Ableworld in Rhyl. Very polite + friendly chap advised not possible to repair so I enquired about a new model. I was shown a selection of new wheeled walk frames+ at no time was there any pressure to purchase. I made my choice and bought a new collapsible walker which had a comfy seat+ back rest.It's ability to collapse will make life so much simpler putting it in and out of the car and on the occasions I go by train. I thoroughly recommend Ableworld to anyone requiringMobility aids.

My and I visited here so that she could get special advice on a battery mobility scooter for her.The manager was very helpful and assessed my Wife's needs before recommending a suitable scooter.This was delivered today and she is very pleased.Well recommended.
