Had a great time at Pizza Hut! The service was excellent ?Austin? such a nice gentleman, friendly and quick. The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. A perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Will definitely be coming back?

Horrendous place. Dirty, cold, not enough staff or not attentive enough. Hair in food, brownie so hard you could knock someone out cold with. Never again

Where do I start? This was a pre booked meal for my sons 7th birthday to celebrate with his friends and family, we offered him a children?s party which he turned down because all he wanted to do was come to Pizza Hut. When booking I originally booked for 8 people, however, I called up days before to amend the booking to 12 people, I was told ?no problem? despite them taking my booking details, I then received an email through to confirm my booking was for 8 people however in the notes it did say ?now 12 people? so I thought nothing of it.
When we arrived they took us to a table that seats 6, and the guy said ?don?t worry I know your booking is for more? so I watched him add one table and two chairs on the end, I explained I amended the booking and received confirmation for it to be for 12, he looked shocked and went to grab someone, they then moved us into the centre of the restaurant where half were on the loungers meaning all the tables curves with huge gaps in, again, no biggy really.
When first walking in we noticed there was a little notice on the wait to be seated table stating they have limited stock due to a change in suppliers and they had no A/C nor heating, so this put a downer on our experience because you didn?t even have sugar for a cup of tea!! the chicken supreme/ goat, normal supreme and loads of other pizzas unavailable, all of us struggled to order online, I spent 30 mins trying to help the table as everyone was ordering and paying separate, only to then have your ordering system freeze, so I had to hunt down one of your few staff to ask can they just take our order with pen and paper which they kindly did.
The food came in dribs and drabs, despite them knowing we are all seated together, I?m not completely in reasonable I understand to get 12 people?s food out all at the same time is a challenge especially as there was about 2 or 3 other tables in, however, I don?t expect half my order to come out and not the birthday boys to come out for another 15 mins after! Even then his chips didn?t appear along with our sides (onion rings, halloumi fries, chicken bites) to the point where we had eaten all our mains, I did see some onion rings on the side thinking maybe they will bring them, however after waiting I went over and within 5 mins all our sides came besides the chicken bites, as an apology they gave us extra halloumi fries, which were freezing cold, along with the onion rings and the chips, one of the family members who had ordered first, never received their pizza because your staff gave it out to a take out customer! So by the time he received his order it had to go in a take out box because we were leaving!
I ordered a cappuccino because your restaurant was colder than outside to try and warm up, waited 30 minutes for it to arrive FREEZING COLD! So we gave it back and said don?t bother making another one because at this point we were all fed up!
The worst part, is we probably would have all laughed all of this off, however your restaurant is freezing, how can you be open to kids when it?s that cold? If you had made me aware at the point of booking or when I called to amend my booking that you had limited stock AND no heating, then I would have booked else where.
You knew you had a big booking come in and did zero preparation for it from start to finish.
The Rhyl Pizza Hut is always quiet and now I know why, you?ve had the best part of £300 from us tonight, and in return we expected to all eat at the same time instead of it taking 2 hours for everyone to of had mains. What a disappointing experience that was for my son?s 7th birthday, your food isn?t exactly reasonably priced so would expect a slightly better service, if I?m honest, it seemed like your staff prioritised the take away side of the restaurant.
We will never be returning and I would expect a telephone conversation to follow from this review as this was a terrible experience. We have been home 30 mins since leaving your restaurant and I still can?t feel my feet.

We took the Grandsons for a Christmas treat. Not our choice of eatery but they loved the help yourself ice-cream and drinks.

Only came here while I was waiting for my car to charge and didn?t expect to be in there so long.
Took me 4 attempts just to access the WiFi after the first few attempts just stated ?No WiFi Connection? I eventually switched my phone off and back on again and it seemed to work fine after that.
I honestly don?t understand why these places are so insistent on ordering through your phone when half the time you struggle to get connection!
Considering it was just me, I didn?t expect to wait just over 30 minutes after ordering 2 sides and dips and the place wasn?t that busy either. Putting all that aside, everything else was fine.

Forced to use the app which is confusing and badly designed and different options to what's on the paper menu, to get to the app you need to sign into their WiFi which is stressful and constantly asking to send you emails, trying to control 3 children and sort everyone's food out on the phone is stressful and inconvenient.

We had to wait a little bit for a table weken entering. After the explanation that we could order with our phone, we did order fast because we were hungry. Paid with Google Pay, how efficiënt. After 15 minutes or drinks arrived. Unfortunately not Knifes and forks, so our salad stayed untouched. After 30 minutes i enquired if our pizzas and Fries were about to arrive. Sorry sir, the waiting time is 30 minutes. Well, that is good, because now we are very hungry and the kids are very restless. After 45 minutes there is no sign that they have even begun to cook our meals. Meanwhile the take away meals go over the counter fast. I ask for a refund, longingly looking at the supermarket across the parking. Give us your email sir, and the refund should be in your account in a couple of days. Never again any pizza hut for us.

absolutely awful,staff were rude and very unprofessional,food was disappointing and didn?t taste nice and didn?t look appealing i tried to get a member of staff?s attention to complain and they were all to busy stood together talking, my pizza was cold and chewy , as soon as i left the restaurant i was sick because the food upset not belly that much, spent £43 and definitely not worth it,the toilets aren?t cleaned they smelt awful and have a flicking light,the whole place was just not clean , the salad bar looked dirty and everything looked sad and seen better days won?t ever be returning.

Me and my partner went out on our first time out in a while and had an enjoyable time. The food was good and the staff were great, very attentive to detail.
As we are disabled adults we chose a time which would be quiet and not too overwhelming.
During our meal we had this rude middle aged couple seated in the booth next to us, we minded own business but they kept glaring at us and whispering making us feel uncomfortable.
My partner noticed it more and made them more anxious.
We didn't file a complaint about them as we ignored them and tried to enjoy our meal, but upon us leaving my partner overheard them talking to the staff about us complaining about us talking loudly, and requested that we were to be removed from the restaurant, this upset us further as we were talking and mind our own business not causing them any reason for an issue, due to our needs we understand that our voice volumes cannot controlled, this tarnished our visit which is why we rated atmosphere as a lower score.
Other than bad customers the service was quick and polite, and the staff member was very quick to respond and helped when I accidentally spilt my drink, it's the little things like that makes all customers feel comfortable and valued, I am so glad I left a little tip for the staff when I payed.

Cold on Delivery as seems to be a drop off before us. Long long way away.
Chicken pieces were tiny. 6 minute pieces of chicken and no sauce as ordered.
Pizza was like leather. Paid for extra cheese and chest bites crust.
So disappointed
