I went in today to get a phone as I had broken my old one. I was lucky enough to meet Nathan, who was unbelievably helpful, polite and professional. I am really only writing this review because I was so impressed with his manner and the quality of the service he provided. He not only gave me lots of good advice and took the time to get me the right phone at the best price, but also got me a better broadband deal while I was there and tried to find all offers available for me. Very happy with the phone and the whole experience.
