I went yesterday for help with my Mum's phone. Staff were really supportive, helpful, transparent and gave me the best option for a pensioner's purse. Was really grateful for their support.

I am EE existing client, need to buy a SIM on contract about 8 months ago. I would have to visit this branch 2 -3 times in this regards. I had worst experience there. I live in Prestatyn so Rhyl branch is near to me but Bcz of the bad experience and the staff there I was preferring to go to Llandudno instead Rhyl. None of my query got resolved whenever I visited. Very nonprofessional, untrained and non cooperative staff.

I went into the EE shop in Rhyl today and the service was abysmal. One man was serving a customer. No indication was given of how long he might be. I waited over 10 minutes and decided to leave as he was just chattering away to the couple he was serving. As I walked out of the shop two more EE employees came out and sat down chattering to each other. No interest in serving customers. I'd steer well clear of this place.

I visited Rhyl branch today to order broadband set up at my address.
Nathan had been fantastic. He was very efficient and considerate. Whole process is completed within 10 minutes.

?Dan? the manager what a horrible little weasel of a man. Terrible experience me and my partner had at the time in store and he always gives me dirty looks whenever I?m walking through. This was months ago the incident but it still grates on me. Shame because EE usually provide a good service just not this store.
