I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at the Currys store in Rhyl today [25/7/25]. My partner and I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a soundbar.
Unfortunately, our experience was severely marred by the dismissive and rude behavior of a staff named Mark. From hos badge, I guess he is from the management team. We were trying to test the sound quality of a soundbar at a reasonable volume when Mark approached us and rudely told us that we were blasting his eardrums. When we asked for assistance connecting to one of the speakers, Mark responded unhelpfully, stating he couldn't find it, and implied we should go to the Llandudno store instead.
This level of service is unacceptable. Mark's behavior was not only unprofessional but also made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope that Currys addresses this issue and provides better customer service training to its staff. I am very disappointed and will reconsider shopping at this location in the future.

My freezer broke down today , called in Currys , manager couldn't sell one from shop floor , also delivery was gonna be 3 to 4 days away , delivery charges plus removal charge , assistant was friendly, but was unable to answer a question I had about the freezer , we finished up ordering one on line from AO , much more choice , will not shop again at Currys ,

I had the worst customer service experience I?ve had since moving to the UK. The staff were completely inattentive and showed no interest in helping customers. I waited for assistance, but no one approached or acknowledged me. Extremely disappointing experience?Currys seriously needs to improve its customer service standards.

***Currys Rhuddlan, Rhyl. The Staff at this store are undoubtedly the most Customer Dedicated in the UK.***
Having used Currys for Fifty Years, for everything electrical, these guys are undoubtedly the best.
We had issues with Hisense and the staff here, Managers Mark and Ian and all the Staff worked relentlessly to sort this out.
We got a call today from Catherine at Head Office asking us to pop into the Store, where we were met by Mark, the Manager, who assisted us in purchasing a new fridge freezer.
These guys totally turned a difficult and stressful situation with Hisense, into a most pleasant experience.
To Mark, Ian and all the staff Thank you from both of us for working relentlessly over the past few days to resolve this situation in our favour.
We look forward to being Currys, Rhyl Customers, for many years to come!

same as all the other curry's.lots of parking .
went for a TV on black Friday but didn't have any in stock that was 55 inch unless you wanted to pay top price. was told we could buy it online but then you have to pay delivery and that would make it cost more then other shops we had been to .wouldn't let me buy online to pick up from store.

I recently purchased a Surface Pro online including the keyboard. Although the advisor online was lovely and polite, there was a cock up with my order/delivery. I received the correct keyboard but my other parcel was a macbook not the Surface Pro. To rectify the issue, i went to see Curry?s directly at Rhyl (my local). The matter was handled by a lovely lady, Andi and her team. They dealt with the matter promptly and professionally and resolved my issue within minutes to a satisfactory level. Although i had to wait slightly longer for the correct item to arrive, i was extremely pleased with the customer service received and would highly recommend this store/staff.
