Awful customer service. Food was an hour late and cold and had spilled in the bag which I understand can happen but when I called to make them aware of this they said they would need to speak to a manager about a refund and call me back. I waited a few days for them to get back in touch with me, after they didn?t, I called them and the woman on the phone called me a liar and said that she did call me back and already issued a refund, which is not true. When I explained it?s very poor customer service to cause customers of lying when they have proof. She was then very rude and started shouting down the phone saying she?s entitled to her opinion about me. Terrible customer service

Been a regular customer to this place but after waiting 1hour and 50mins for food and said one the phone it?s on its way it?s on its way but clearly wasn?t and then said on the phone they are closed now and will deliver it tomorrow?. Never ever will I order from there ever again!!! Shocking service

We ordered from here for the 1st time tonight and wow, we were amazed! Faster delivery time than scheduled and food was still piping hot. The best meal we?ve had in a long time. We will definitely be ordering from here again!!

It?s not often I?m impressed by takeaway food, but this is genuinely the best takeaway I?ve eaten in a very long time. I was staying in the area and chose this place because I?d walked past on the way to the pub earlier in the day - best decision I made all weekend.

Order was accepted by this takeaway and stated out for delivery an hour later. A further one and a half hours later and no food had arrived. Waited for 2.5 hours and nothing. The takeaway closed. No attempts to contact to cancel the order or inform me that they weren?t able to complete the order. Very disheartening and disappointing. Do not order from here! It?s not worth the uncertainty and wait. Every customer should expect the food and delivery service they have paid for. Will be expecting a prompt refund.

Said our food would be delivered at 9:55 at the latest. As soon as this time came the app said the food was delivered with no food in sight. We contacted the restaurant through the app and then made multiple attempts to call them with no avail. Worried our food wasn't coming at all due to lack of communication, we drove halfway to the restaurant itself until one of my friends at home told me the food had been delivered 3 and a half hours after the order was placed. Completely frustrating experience
