Andrew and the team at Chris Davies have been incredible with our purchase of our first house!
They welcomed and any questions and answered them the same day. We were kept up to date with absolutely anything and even called out of hours with an update for reassurance. I personally suffered with great anxiety during this process and Andrew greatly helped reduce it.
Our process took a while due to issues on the sellers/vendor side but Chris Davies was on top of everything. I couldn?t recommend them more. Thank you so much to the whole team x

Just completed the sale of our property with Chris Davies after a complicated and protracted conveyancing process. Sarah and her team at the Barry office were amazing throughout, from marketing the property with 24 hours of being engaged as agents to the final few days of the sale.
They were friendly and professional, supportive, kept in constant touch and above all were kind and understanding.

Well I only had a valuation. Price came up £100k less than many others. Said we hadn?t sold because house was dated and not presented well. Even told me the grey exterior would put them off.Felt very insulted. I?m not sure a few weeds in the garden ( weather makes them grow in hours ) it the exterior colour would deter that many buyers . I asked for constructive feedback
