Other features like brakes that kids can easily use and belt drive instead of an oily chain are also great.I found the process of fitting the pedals and belt tricky although this was probably a case of user error... One step in the instructions said to 'slip the belt over the front crank' or something similar, which was impossible because the belt does not stretch. I worked out that what you need to do is wind the belt on by turning the crank rather than trying to 'slip' it on. I'm sure others would not have struggled as I did but it would help if the instructions said to turn the crank to wind the belt on!”
