If they carried more of what they have online I would give a 5 star.. So disappointing when you see things you want and can not get them in-store straight away. I was in need of a quality head torch that day for a hike to a bothy in North Wales.. Luckily the man who answered the phone was an absolute gentleman and put me into the direction of another store in Cardiff that would have the items I needed, Petzl head torch, A thermarest foam mat ??????..

Much improved since previous visits in that they no longer keep everything at the inflated RRP prices which none of the other shops in the chain do.Now they have many items "on sale" which means more reasonable offers for locals rather than having to head to the out of town versions.
