I had problems with my card snd renewing online. Library checked my new books and said nothing wrong with card. So, online web page needs some sorting!! Staff at Pwllheli and Cricieth libraries are friendly and knowledgeable and its a pleasure to go to either.

A big thank you to the staff at Pwllheli Library. I had to use the facilities for an interview. The staff were extremely helpful, especially one young woman who worked there but who's name I don't know, who even provided me with IT support at the eleventh hour! I can't thank you enough. A wonderful community hub.

Friendly staff, good at getting books from far afield if not held locally.
